Can I determine before my appointment time what my payment responsibility will be?
Spectera should have provided you with an outline of your benefits. If they did not you can provide us with the patients name and date of birth.
We can then contact Spectera and ask for verification of benefits.
Spectera did not give me a Membership card.
If you have your Spectera plan through your United Health Care medical plan the member ID# on your United Health Care card will be the same for your Spectera plan.
If you do not have United Health Care and have not been issued a member ID card, please provide the last name and date of birth of the patient we will be seeing. We can then contact Spectera and ask for verification of your coverage.
