It will depend on the plan you have chosen. Some United Health Care  plans will cover a routine eye exam under the medical plan.  However, they usually have a vision plan attacthed. You can determine the information by logging in to

http://www.unitedhealthcareonline.com  and viewing your coverage plans with United Health Care.

United Health Care will provide you with a member ID card.

You may also call us, we will need to collect specific information about the patient and from the insurance ID card .

Then we will be able to contact United Health Care and ask for verification of your coverage .
